This Cookie Policy applies only to the Ongo Audit web application and progressive web app (PWA). The native iOS and Android apps do not use browser cookies.
What are cookies? Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site operators.
Cookies and similar technologies we use:
-
Strictly necessary. Required for sign-in, session management, and core functionality (for example, your authentication session, CSRF protection, language preference). These cannot be disabled.
-
Functional. Remember your preferences (such as which page you last viewed or your selected workspace).
-
Analytics. A third-party product analytics provider uses first-party cookies and similar identifiers to measure how the web app is used so we can improve it. Analytics is performed at the device level and is not linked to your user account. Generic interaction events (page views, navigations) are recorded for all users; autocapture (recording every clicked element) is enabled only on a per-user basis when needed for diagnosis. Session replay (a reconstructed playback of interactions with the web app, excluding form values, photos, and geolocation) is recorded with a 30-day rolling retention window. The values you enter in form fields, photos, and geolocation readings are not sent to the analytics provider. The identity of our analytics provider is published on our Sub-processors page. You can opt out of analytics by contacting privacy@taskworld.com.
No advertising cookies. Ongo Audit does not use advertising cookies, third-party advertising networks, or cross-site tracking.
Managing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the web app from functioning.
